you can do things in 3 different ways:
Method 1 :
Go to your project and select the tasks you would like to make visible to participants.
Click on the eye shaped icon 👁 at the bottom of your screen.
You can choose between :
Make tasks visible to all project participants, regardless of their role.
Or
Make tasks visible only to those to whom you have assigned them.
Method 2 :
Go to your project and select the tasks you would like to make visible to participants.
Click on the "Team" icon at the bottom right of your screen
Go to Invitation to share tasks and make them visible to other participants.
Select the groups to which you would like to make the tasks visible and then press OK to validate.
Method 3 :
Go to the task you would like to make visible and click on "SHARING"
You can choose between :
Make visible to all project participant
or
+ Update participant
Select the contributors and/or groups to whom you would like to make the task visible, then click on "Save Changes".
Android Version
you can do things in 2 different ways:
Method 1 :
Go to your project and click on the task (Long Click).
Select the tasks you would like to make visible, then click on "MORE", at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on "Make this visible to all" so that project participants can access your tasks.
Method 2 :
Select the task you would like to make visible and click on "this task is only visible to...".
Select the groups you would like to make the tasks visible and then press Validate, at the bottom right of your screen.
Note : you can make your task visible to all the participants in your projet by clicking on "Set public"
iOS Version
Go to your task by clicking on it.
Make sure that your task is public
Press the eye symbol 👁 at the top right.
Select the contributors and/or groups to whom you want to make this task visible and press OK.
