Locate your task in a specific place

You can locate your tasks on your plans, which allows you to follow the evolutions on your entire construction site.

Web Version

  1. Go to your task then click on the location pin

  2. Select one of the options below, depending on what you want to do:

    • Add a position on a plan: will allow you to locate your task in a specific location on the plan.

    • Add a geolocated position: will allow you to locate the task on the Google Map.

    • Add a general position: will allow you to link the task to a plan without placing it in a specific position

Localized task:

  1. Click on " Add a position on a plan "

  2. Select the plan on which you want to locate your task.

  3. The pin refers to a task, locate it where you want, then click on OK to save.

  4. The plan will then appear in your task timeline.

Android Version

  1. Go to your task by clicking on it, then click on the location pin at the bottom right of your screen.

  2. Select one of the options below, depending on what you want to do:

    • Add a position on a plan: will allow you to locate your task in a specific location on the plan.

    • Add a geolocated position: will allow you to locate the task on the Google Map.

    • Add a general position: will allow you to link the task to a plan without placing it in a specific position.

  • General Task :

  1. Select the plan then click OK

  • Localized task:

  1. Select the right plan then press OK,

  2. move the pointer to the place where you want to locate the task then press Save.

  • Geolocated Task:

  1. Go to your plan then locate your task where you want it (Long click)

  2. Then click on Validate, at the bottom right of your screen.

iOS Version

  1. Go to your task by clicking on it

  2. Click on the location symbol 📍.

  3. Choose between the below:

    • General Task: will allow you to link the task to a plan without placing it in a specific position

    • Localized Task: will allow you to locate your task in a specific location on the plan.

    • Geolocated Task: will allow you to locate the task on the Google Map.

General Task:

  1. Select the plan then click OK

Localized Task:

  1. Select the right plan then press OK,

  2. move the pointer to the place where you want to locate the task then press Save.

Geolocated Task:

  1. Zoom the map then drag the green pointer to the location you want on the map and press Save.
