Creating a form is only available on the Web version of Bulldozair.
Go to your account tab in top right of your toolbar.
Click on Form Templates
Click " Form Templates " at the top left of your screen to create your new form template
Click on "+ Create New Form" then type in the name of your Form, after that click " ⌲" or the enter button to save your form
Now choose the Form that you just created , then click on the “+” button at the top right of your window to add a new field.
You can choose between 13 field options that suit the most to your project
Separator field : Separate between the fields
Text Field: For free and open response
Date field : to add a date
Number field: You can type numbers only
Plan position : To add a position on a drawing
Geolocating : To geolocate your form
Plan drawing : To draw or to put notes on a drawing
Photo field : To add photos and pictures
Static image : To add a fix image in the form
File attachment : To attach a file or a document
Signature field : For signatures
Multiple choice list field: You can answer with several options
Unique choice list field : Choose one choice among several options
For the list fields you can choose the drop-down menu for a more simplified view.
Set the title for all types of field
Optional, For the Text, number, separator, plan position, plan drawing, file attachment, geolocating and static image fields you can set a field placeholder; in order to give more description and precision to this field
You can add a new field above or bellow the existing field by clicking on "Add field here"
Optional, when you add a Number field, you can define the minimal and the maximum values, in addition you can specify the unit of measurement.
To add the options in the Multiple choice list and the Unique choice list fields, tap "ADD NEW CHOICE", or click enter to add your options
You can modify the display mode of the Multiple choice list and the Unique choice list fields by clicking the "Show as drop-down list"
Optional, check "Editable" in the geolocation and date fields if you want to add a different geolocation coordinates or another date.
To add picture or signature fields to your form template, simply click on the photo icon 📷, or signature in the right bottom of you screen
To add a static image to your form template, click on the "upload" then choose the image from your library
Optional, Check "mandatory" to make the field mandatory if you want to force the user to fill in the field when he fills in the form
Tab on the save button at the right bottom of your screen to save the form template
