How to change the display mode of your tasks?

When using the display mode "Table", you can view all the tasks including those that have been shared with you.

Setting up the task display allow you to achieve the most efficient and convenient result.

There are 4 settings:

  • ๐Ÿ—‚ Display Folders / Table : Change the display of your tasks, split by folders or all shown

  • โ†•๏ธ Sort by : Choose the display order of your tasks (by number, by creation date, ascending or descending ...)

  • ๐Ÿ‘ View : Choose the view of your tasks (Thumbnails, list or map)

  • ๐Ÿ“š Group by: Group your tasks into sections (By tags, status zones...)


๐Ÿ—‚ Display Folders / Table

  • By default the display mode of your tasks is Folders:

    If a task is inside a folder, you will only see the folder, then you have to enter the folder to access it.

  • In display mode Table:

    All tasks are shown, The folders are invisible but you can see your tasks and the ones shared with you in the same place.

You can choose the order in which tasks are displayed:

  • ABC: tasks are displayed in alphabetical order by the first letter of title.

  • Creation date: the tasks are displayed in the time order in which they were created. (dates are automatically saved)

  • Last modified : the tasks are displayed according to the last action that has been performed.

  • Start Date : The tasks are displayed in the same order as their start date. This date is optional by the user. ( Be careful that all starting dates are filled in)

  • Due date : the tasks are displayed in the same order of their due date. This date is also optional by the user. ( Be careful that all starting dates are filled in)

  • Number: the tasks are displayed in ascending order of their number.

  • Reverse sort order: you can choose whether the sorts type mentioned above โฌ†๏ธ are in an ascending or descending order!

๐Ÿ‘ View

  • Thumbnails : The tasks are displayed in "small squares" showing the first photo of the task. (This view is perfect if all your tasks have pictures).

  • List : the tasks are displayed one below the other in a form of a list. this view can show you other informations like the status of the tasks and the dates.

  • Map: the tasks are displayed on the Google map. (This display mode is used when you geolocate your tasks. Example: works on the highway)


๐Ÿ“š Group by:

You can group your task by sections.

  • Tags

  • Task Status

  • User assigned : each section is a user. Underneath are all the tasks assigned to the person.

  • Group assigned : each section is a group. Underneath are all the tasks assigned to the group.

  • Zones : each section is a plan. Underneath you can find the tasks located on the same plan.

  • Date created : You can change the format of the time: day, week, month. The date then will be saved automatically.

  • Date last created : You can change the format of the time: day, week, month. The date then will be saved automatically.

  • Start date : it is possible to change the format of the time : day, week, month. Note that this is a manual and optional date, entered by the user.

  • Due date : it is possible to change the format of the time : day, week, month. Note that this is a manual and optional date, entered by the user.

  • Date done : it is possible to change the format of the time : day, week, month. Note that this is a manual and optional date, entered by the user.
