Whenever a new project starts; it is important to set up some aspects to save time and work efficiently


Team

If you are the Project Owner You can invite new users by heading to the "Team" Tab, then group them into work Groups.

This will make you able to assign the Tasks to the right contractors.


Documents

You can use the Document Tab to:

  • Save your documents in the project and use them later in the field using your mobile phone, You don't need to have access to the internet, it works OFFLINE

  • Share your documents with other users working on the same project.

Plans

You can use the Plans Tab to:

  • Save, check in the field and share the plans with other users working on the same project. It works exactly like the document section mentioned above ⬆️

  • Place your Tasks directly on the plan and locate them in the exact position.

Tags

You can use the Tags Tab to:

  • organize your Tasks; Using Tags can help you group and filter your Tasks

  • You can track the Progress of your Projet using each Tag
