🚨 This feature is only available on the web version 🚨

How to proceed

  1. Go to My account

  2. Click on Download my data

💡 Note 💡

Due to the potential size of the file, the download won't happen in your browser. Instead you will receive an email with a download link.

Where can I find my file?

Once you clicked on the button, a message will indicate that the compilation of your data has started. The more data you have, the longer it will take.

Once the compilation is done, you will receive an email with the download link. If you still don't see the email after a long period, double check your spam folder.

What can you find in this file?

This is a .zip file.

Once unzipped you'll find the following items :

  • A text file README with all the instructions and information you might need.

  • A JSON file "User": it gathers all data of My Account (personal data, contacts, etc.)
Note ☝️ : JSON is one of the standard formats in the IT industry, it's very convenient for a lot of use cases, but it's not meant to be read by a human.

  • You'll find a folder for each project you have access to in Bulldozair. Each folder being itself composed of the following items :

    • a Documents folder with all files uploaded in the Documents section.

    • a Plans folder with all plans uploaded in the Plans section.

    • a Reports folder with all reports you've exported with your account on this project.

    • a Groups folder with all pictures and logos associated to each Group of the Team section.

    • a Users folder with all of the pictures of the people you invited in the project.

    • a Tasks folder with all pictures and attachments that were added to the Tasks.

    • a picture file "project-image.png" which is the Project cover picture.

    • a JSON file "project.json" which gathers all of the other data of the Project and Tasks that are neither pictures or attachments.
      g.e.: Assignments, timestamps, tasks statuses...
