Here’s how to select tasks on a plan and perform actions:
1. Open the desired plan. Then click the checkmark at the top.
2. Click on each task you want to select, then use the toolbar.
3. You can then perform these actions on the tasks:
Change status
Add/remove tags
Change attributions
Then with the "3 dots" :
Change due date via the “3 dots”
Change visibility (public/private/invitation)
Archive the task
