Here is how to edit several tasks at once

WebApp Version

  1. Select the tasks you would like to edit.

  2. Use the toolbar at the bottom of your screen

💡 The possible actions 💡

  • Change the status

  • Set the due date

  • Make the tasks visible to all project participants or vice versa

  • Move the tasks to a folder

  • Change the priority level.

  • Assign / Share the tasks to others or cancel these actions

  • Add these tasks to favorite

  • Archive the selected tasks

  • Add / Remove one tag or more.

Your tasks are now updated:

👉 Create a report

💡 Sync your mobile app to retrieve the informations

Android Version

  1. Select the tasks you would like to edit.

    ☝️ You have to long press the first one and then a press shortly for the others ☝️

  2. Use the toolbar at the bottom of your screen

💡 The possible actions 💡

  • Make the tasks visible to all project participants or vis versa

  • Archive the selected tasks

Your tasks are now updated:

👉 Create a report

💡 Sync your mobile app to retrieve the informations
