Go to the task where you created your form then click on (...)

Click on "Export"

Select the form export template related to your custom form

Then click on "Export"

Your report will be downloaded automatically, you can also find it in the "Report" tab

You will receive an email with a link to download the report.

Select the task that contains your form

Click on "Export" in the top right of your screen

Choose the "Custom Forms" report template from the report list of Bulldozair reports

Now click on "Generate Report"

Your report will appear automatically, you can also find it in the "Report" tab
